Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees
Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and vegetable oil
Once that has been combined, take out 1 cup of the starter batter mixture, set aside (crumb topping mixture)
Add to the original starter batter the egg, vanilla and milk. Mix well.
Pour cake batter into a cake pan
Mix the crumb topping mixture with the cinnamon
Sprinkle the crumb topping mixture over the cake batter
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean
While your cake is cooling, mix the icing. Take the confectioners sugar and mix with a little bit of water. Start with a teaspoon of water and add more as needed. You want it a thing icing consistency.
Drizzle the icing over your cake and serve
