Blueberry muffin batter

Blueberry muffin topping
2 1/4
tbsp
butter

sugar

cinnamon
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Blueberry muffin batter instructions
Mix all of your dry ingredients together
Add all of the wet ingredients and mix well, batter will be thick
Gently fold in blueberries
scoop into muffin tray
Blueberry muffin topping
add 1/4 tbsp butter onto the top of each muffin
sprinkle each muffin with the cinnamon sugar mixture
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
Notes
I used a large muffin tray for this recipe. If you want to make them cupcake size, use a little less butter on the topping for each.
