Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
  

Wet ingredients

  • 2 sticks salted butter
  • 1 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 2 extra large eggs

Dry ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamom
  • 2 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cup soaked raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Cream the butter, light brown sugar and sugar
  • Add one egg at a time
  • Add the vanilla and molasses
  • Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and rolled oats
  • Once dough is combined, add the raisins and gently mix in
  • scoop onto prepared baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 9-12 minutes
